1. Who runs this site

arshsingh.com is operated by Arsh Singh, founder of ApsteQ, an AI-powered marketing agency. If you have privacy questions, email [email protected].

2. What I collect

• Contact form submissions: Name, email, message, phone (optional). Used only to respond to your inquiry.
• Newsletter signups: Email address. Used only to send the newsletter you signed up for.
• Analytics (Google Tag Manager): Anonymized page views, device type, referring source. Used to understand which content resonates. Loaded only after you interact with the page.
• Cookies: Strictly necessary cookies for site function. No third-party advertising cookies.

3. What I do NOT collect

• Payment information (this site does not sell anything directly)
• Personal data from third parties (e.g., scraped social profiles)
• Sensitive categories (race, religion, health, biometric, sexual orientation)

4. Who I share data with

Your data goes to these services to make the site work:

• Google (GTM & Analytics): Anonymized usage data
• Cloudflare: Site hosting, CDN, DDoS protection
• Sendy: Newsletter delivery (self-hosted on my own infrastructure)
• Zoho CRM: Contact form leads (stored for sales follow-up)

No data is sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks.

5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act)

You have the right to:

• Access the data I have about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Unsubscribe from newsletters with a single click

Email [email protected] with "Data request" in the subject. I respond within 7 business days.

6. Data retention

Contact form leads: stored for 24 months unless you become a client (then per the active engagement). Newsletter signups: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months max.

7. International transfers

If you are in the EU or India, your data may be processed in the US (Cloudflare, Google) and India (Zoho). All providers used follow Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

If I change this policy meaningfully, the "Last updated" date at the top changes and the previous version is archived. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be emailed.
