1. About this site

arshsingh.com is the personal site of Arsh Singh, founder of ApsteQ. The site shares writing, talks, and resources about growth marketing, AI, and entrepreneurship. Some pages link to ApsteQ services or paid consulting offers.

2. Acceptable use

You may read, share, and reference content on this site. You may quote up to 200 words in another work with attribution and a link back. You may not:

• Republish full articles without written permission
• Scrape the site for AI training without permission (see llms.txt)
• Impersonate Arsh Singh or claim endorsement
• Use the site or its forms for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Attempt to disrupt site availability or security

3. Content disclaimer

Marketing advice on this site is general guidance, not a guarantee of results. Your business outcomes depend on factors I cannot control: market, team, execution, product fit. Anything described as a "case study" or "result" reflects the client's reported outcome and is not promised to repeat in your business.

4. Consulting and workshops

If you book a consulting engagement, workshop, or speaking session, separate written terms apply (sent at engagement signing). Standard terms include:

• Deliverables and timelines documented in a Statement of Work
• Confidentiality protecting both sides' proprietary information
• Payment per the agreed schedule (usually 50% upfront, 50% on completion)
• Mutual right to terminate with written notice

5. Intellectual property

All content, including text, graphics, frameworks, and methodologies, is owned by Arsh Singh or licensed appropriately. The ApsteQ PatientFlow System and AppFlow System are proprietary methodologies. The "ApsteQ" name and logo are property of ApsteQ.

6. Newsletter terms

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you consent to receive emails about growth marketing topics. You can unsubscribe with a single click in any email. I do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

7. Third-party links

This site links to ApsteQ.com, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other external sites. I am not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arsh Singh and ApsteQ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of this site. Total liability for any direct claim is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid me in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India for visitors based in India, and by the laws of Delaware, USA for visitors based outside India. Disputes go through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.

10. Changes

If I change these terms meaningfully, the "Last updated" date changes and continued use of the site implies acceptance. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be emailed.
